Trip Overview

Mt Kailash via Dzhangmu tour is a spiritual journey to an ancient land which was once believed to be inhabited by the Hindu and Buddhist deities. Mt Kailash, the colossal snow giant is one of the main highlights of the Mt Kailash via Dzhangmu program as a peak is visible throughout the trail.

This trip does not demand much physically because we only walk for about three days in the whole journey. The rest of our journey is in drive across the beautiful Tibetan landscape, which is nearly impossible to cross on foot. Tibet is thought of as a forbidden land by outsiders and we plan on changing their perception by taking them across this beautiful neighbouring country of ours. Mount Kailash trip via Dzangmu is strenuous regarding altitude sickness. Be prepared or think to go via this route to Kailash. It could be altitude problems because your first night will be about 2,500m higher than Kathmandu elevation. Of course, Tibet tour via Dzangmu is shorter than other itinerary. It used to say although ?no risk no fun?. It is also alternative route to get Kailash or Tibet. Those people who used to follow this itinerary as alternative route they will lose their time in Nepalgunj due to flight hassles because of bad weather. This is not sense that no one could do trip to Tibet via Dzangmu. It would be much better to prepared your physical and mentality before start this trip.

If you are confident with your hiking experiences over the Himalayas Vs altitude sickness you can do this trip easily with our proper acclimatize itinerary. You can also minimize this itinerary if you do not have more time to explore your holiday. Because of, 95 percent of the road is black topped and you can drive around Manasarovar within a day too. We want to add here that, you can do this tour as tea houses if you are not required standard food and accommodation. There is all-around guesthouse and tea shops but most lodge or guest houses provide you either Chinese or Tibetan food.
