Nagarjun rock climbing is favorable for beginners, intermediate as well as professional in Nepal. This place not only provides you the experience of rock climbing but is also perfect for hiking, bird watching, nature tours and other activities. Overall rock climbing is adrenaline. Nagarjun, also known as the Rani Ban (Queen’s Forest) is famous for rock climbing. There are different levels of rock to be climbed as 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on with increasing order of difficulty. In other words, it offers many climbing routes, approximately 20, with a wide range of difficulty from 4a to 6c grade. There are chain anchors at the top. There are also several piton-equipped routes, where you can experience the adrenaline pumping sport of rock climbing.

The descending with gravity is also interesting. From the top of the rock, you will do abseiling. Nagarjun Rock Climbing is a rock climbing on a limestone cliff. Routes range from about 50 to 80 feet high. Most can be top-roped. It represents a great destination for climbers due to the crack limestone origin of its cliffs and the many climbing routes.

You can easily get by with a 50m rope and 2 quickdraws to set your rope. Gliding down through the rope from the beginning to the end makes hiking one of the most memorable hikes of your life.

In addition to rock climbing, you will walk on a winding unpaved road and a much more direct footpath that will you lead to the summit (2095m) from where you see the great view of Kathmandu, including the peaks, such as Annapurnas, Langtang Lirung, Machhapuchhare, Manaslu and the Ganesh Himal. The summit is also a popular Buddhist pilgrimage site and has a small shrine of  Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche in Tibetan) and a viewing tower.
